Fire Wrap telescopic sleeve kit for 110mm x 54mm flat channel ducting

For use in partition walls up to 132mm to 208mm thickness

To ensure an effective firestop within plasterboard and steel stud or plasterboard and timber partition wall
the Fire Wrap needs to be fitted within a galvanised metal sleeve to ensure that the Fire Wrap is supported
and contained so that the expansion of the intumescent material in the Fire Wrap moves inwards to close
the softened plastic duct in the event of a fire within the room.

• Fire Wrap with telescopic metal sleeve kit for a one hour fire rating under the test conditions to BS EN 1366 -3 : 2009
with the duct open at both ends in partition walls up to 132mm to 208mm thickness
• Suitable for flat channel ducting 110mm x 54mm +/- 0.3mm
• Fire Wrap inner sleeve dimensions width 124mm x height 70mm x length 141mm
• Recommended cut aperture size for inner sleeve width 126mm x height 72mm
• Fire Wrap outer sleeve dimensions width 130mm x height 74mm x length 91mm
• Recommended cut aperture size for outer sleeve width 132mm x height 76mm
• Note our intumescent fire protection sealant should also be purchased model no D/INT01
• A 5mm web of intumescent sealant must be applied around the outer edge of the installation
